Summary

initial very crude support for libVLC output to chromecast

Test Plan

try to send music to chromecast. On my local setup, the link with the chromecast does not even in plain vlc.

rebase before starting again work on this now that my local setup is fixed

This is true. I will have to address that.
I would also like to let the bluetooth devices appear directly in Elisa to ease switch to another device. That will probably be easy to implement also with Qt Multimedia.
