Description

In order to have a team maintaining the Akademy Web Applications, we should implement some form of Continuous delivery. We should be automatically deploying any changes to master on these applications.

This task involves moving the various Akademy applications into their own repositories.

Repositories set up. I'm going to rename this task for the time being as I'd like to look into the near-to-medium term plans for Phabricator before implementing CI/CD
