I am not sure if the WordPress Mollie plugin is going to be the best route for managing all this email. It doesn't have any logic for different donation amounts. We cannot send out certain links to 50 euro donations, and other links to 100 euro donations. It can only send out a generic email to everyone once a payment is successful. We can add variables like how much they donated, but that seems to be it for this plugin.

Maybe that is something you can setup through the Mollie site to do automatic emails. Maybe that is only a CivicCRM thing. I am having a hard time reading any support Mollie has as it looks like it is only in Dutch. https://support.wobbie.nl/nl

It looks like we can set different "price option" amounts but they don't trigger different actions, so we might have to do that by hand as well this time. I know that CiviCRM can do it, the guy who was here explained it, but no way we'll have that set up before the fundraiser starts because the setup and training person is due on the 24th.

Voting form:

• vote question (either choose 1 of the 10 areas of interest, or divide say 5 points arbitrarily)
• text box "what name or nickname do you want us to put in the aboutbox, enter Anonymous to only be counted"
• text box for anything the donor wants to say

This can be done from the mollie form (dropdown list with the 10 choices, and 2 free-text boxes). Ensures that (a) every donor gets it in front of them, and (b) it only goes through when the payment does.

I added a drop-down to the fundraising Mollie form. People can select what area they want to vote on now when the donate.

I also modified the "name" field for the donation. It is now says "Name you want to appear in donor list"

We will get all payments attempts still. We can always filter out people that didn't have their payments go through when we calculate votes. There is a column in the registrations for us to tell that
