GSoC wrap-up post on Google's open source blog
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Google publishes posts from some of the orgs taking part in GSoC every year that summarize their students' work and experience in the program. The posts go on https://opensource.googleblog.com. We could write something and try to get it published. They write:

We want to hear from you! Tell us about your GSoC experience in a wrap-up post that we may feature on the Google Open Source blog. Posts can include organization and project descriptions, interesting stories/anecdotes, or anything else you'd like to tell the world about. Please send draft blog posts (don't forget to include pictures and logos!) to gsoc-support@google.com and Josh will work with you to get your article posted.

Should we close this task now or it is still relevant?

I think this is closeable now. Maybe it'll become relevant again for the next GSoC, but I think it's better to create a new task for that than to necrobump a very old one.
