Right now the Restart button in the Agents tab only works if the agent is idle. If it's doing something or if it's stuck it does not do anything - however, usually when the resource is stuck that is when we actually want to restart it, so it would be nice if that would be possible from Akonadi Console.

This may need changing code not in Akonadi console, but actually in AgentBase in akonadi.git (not sure)
