currently we only have internal testing ISOs. to get more general purpose beta testing underway we should get proper ISOs building for future_series implemented.
Talked with Ben, and putting this on files.kde.org should be fine. Assuming we don't rotate the ISO too much. So the initial build maybe should still be done against our internal server, so we don't excessively rotate the files.kde.org content.

Could probably simply introduce a path modifier so

neon/images/neon-devedition-gitunstable/current

becomes

neon/images/bionic/neon-devedition-gitunstable/current

for future_series.
