Change Background Color option is available in Menu panel. Selecting this option will open a pop-up with a color palette to select a background color.

Should the background color reseted to white when we "reload" to create a new drawing? (I did a comment on the commit too)

I think it's better to keep selected BG color when creating a new drawing.
