It's backed up daily. We keep 7 daily backups, 4 weekly, and 6 monthly. The backups currently available are:

Did you lose something you need to restore?

Nextcloud also has it's Recycle Bin plugin enabled I believe to aid in accidental deletion restores.

@nalvarez fortunately not yet. But we may give some more users access and I just want to make sure if an accident happens, we can recover gracefully from it.
