There will be 2 measures per staff.

One measure can accommodate either of the following:

a. 8 eights.
b. 4 quarters.
c. 2 halfs.
d. 1 whole.

And when we use combinations of some notes of different durations, then the total time should be under the accomodation of the measure. Else if it exceeds the measure, the amount of time which can be accommodated in the current measure will be put and the note is converted to the corresponding duration and the remaning duration is added to the next measure.
