This icon is for Breeze plasma theme and should be put into plasma-framework/src/desktoptheme/breeze/icons/input.svgz and follow the style of the other icons (mouse and keyboard battery). It does not need to represent charge states, just a generic gamepad with a lightning bolt would suffice, perhaps.

This is a simple icon request and would be better expressed in the form of a Bugzilla ticket, if it's still needed. People will probably notice it there and it will have a chance of being actioned. :)
