Regarding the venue, the people running it were friendly and willing to help us. What I remember is the heating issue. If we want to use this place again in the future, we should ask for another room or hold the event at a warmer time of the year.

About our discussions, my impression was that we spent some extra time on a few less-significant things that could be done in advance, at another time or did not necessarily require our common presence. However, taking in mind that this was the first time the Promo team met, it was important that we managed to set some good foundations and tackle basic pending issues. More than a month after, it's great to see that what was discussed and decided at the sprint is used as a basis for moving forward; so our efforts were productive!

In the future we could focus on more specific topics and dive deeper into them. Some random examples are picking 2-3 events we want to participate in a year and arrange a great presence or organize an amazing funding/promotional/informative campaign.

That's more or less what comes to my mind now. It was great meeting you all. =)

Just to clarify, there have been a number of promo sprints over the years. This was not the first, its just been a while since the previous ones.
