Html mails do not reflow

Description

Long lines in html mails are not broken, so the end of the line is not visible.
Seen on a simple html mail that wasn't show in a browser I think.

At least in the example mails the html mails have a <pre> tag which doesn't allow breaking any lines.
In that case we probably should support scrollbars, but don't at them moment.

The trick would be to shrink the width as far as possible by breaking lines, but if we can't get any smaller still provide scrollbars.
