Motivation:
the Applications Product Dependency build for windows stable failed on purpose. which was missing a fix in stable (for dealing with spaces in build path) that was only done on master (possibly triggered by CI). And is still failing, needing yet another fix.

Surely not be the task of the Product Dependency build to showcase state of build of dependency projects on CI :)

So please add a stable build variant to Extragear Product, so maintainers can see if libs & Co. are building with the CI setup.
