As discussed from T7144 - Task T7144 Podcast Review & Planning

A working team should be developed that will take responsibility over the management and promotion of the Kubuntu YouTube channel.
Duties will include

Publishing videos to channel - including Optimising Titles, Providing keyword appropriate descriptions
Managing Channels - Channels are likely to include News, Reviews, Tutorials, Cafe Live, and Podcast
Forging Links / Cross promotion - Inviting other channel owners to come onto Cafe Live, or Podcast, and arranging for guests from Kubuntu to appear on other channels
Community Interaction - Handling comments, mediating chats etc..

We should look to develop a team of 4 - 6 trusted people, chosen from the kubuntu community.
A clear and very well defined remit with clear objective and responsibility will need to be defined.

Such a Team would report to the Kubuntu Council.
