KMag: Using QAccessibleClient Qt5 port for keyboard tracking

Description

KMag can track keyboard focus with the use of QAccessibleClient (which is in playground currently) We need to test this and make sure it's working and move QAccessibleClient out of playground also.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Qt5/KF5 based QAccessibleClient is out of playground (probably in kde/kdeaccessibility
  • KMag keyboard focus tracking works
