where should we store the files the initiative will generate?

Description

this initiative will generate files (slides, documents, etc.). Also there are documents being discussed in AGL and GENIVI that we might want to keep in our own servers for convenience. Where can we store them? Once I know where, I will request access to sysadmins. Sorry, I am not familiar with the KDE infra/services anymore.

Based on @colomar response, this task is about:

  • Open a ticket for sysadmins to have a shared folder associated with this project
  • Add to the corresponding identity group all Members of this project.

The answer to that is share.kde.org (our Nextcloud installation).
The cleanest way to do that is to ask sysadmin to create a shared folder there along with an Identity group that gets access to it and contains everyone in this project.
