Currently the desktop version of Marble uses user chosen images for bookmark customization instead of allowing users to modify a bookmark icon with colors. This task is about adding support for this to Marble so it can be added to Marble Maps.
A potential route is adding support for the KML IconStyle Color tag, which is currently not supported in Marble.
