When sending a mail the outbox should quickly animate to indicate that the mail has now been sent. (a quick glow with perhaps a checkmark or error on the outbox?)

We need an animation for a new item, an animation for removed items (message sent), and we need to keep showing the outbox while the animations are still running.
This is important because otherwise sending can go so fast that you don't even see the outbox showing and hiding.
