What do you think about simplifying the widget for budgeted amounts in the dashboard?
It will be more readable (for me sure) if the widget shows only the corrected budget values.

This way one budget fit into one line insted of 2.
The 'enterd amounts' can be shown as a popup hint on mouseover, or something similar.
