I just added the two repos to kde-build-metadata.

Please activate them for jenkins, and also add them to the build.kde.org/view/Kdevelop/.

In the long term both repos are candidates to be merged into the kdevelop repo, but while they are on their own, it will be good to have them covered by CI.
