This bot is similar to full-pages-bot (in the wtl-utils repo), but prints out a reduced list of pages.

In particular it would be pretty handy to have in the near future a reduced list of the pages directly under the root (i.e. $lang.wikitolearn.org/) that excludes:

• redirect pages
• all the pages in a whitelist, that should be a file inside the repo directory
• all the topic pages, that contain the string {{Topic
