  • there's like 20 outdated plugins

Might be worth considering to switch to the LTS release, seeing as new LTS is the version we have right now, so switch is very possible right now.

Updated Jenkins to latest LTS.

I can't work out how to update plugins, at http://build.neon.kde.org/pluginManager/ there's lots of scary messages about new config formats, then when I click Download now and install after restart and tell it to restart it does nothing. How to install updated plugins and how to know if things will break?

scroll down, click 'All' to select all, click download install after restart, tick restart or manually restart

I suppose it was fixed at one point but as of today, there are more updates which needs to be done, closing this anyway, perhaps we need weekly checklist to ensure that jenkins stay up-to-date.
