When I turn on then 'Run in terminal' option in a 'Link to application' on the desktop, I got the error message: KDEInit could not launch 'konsole'. However, when I run konsole in a shell, it works without a problem.

Affects Xenial backports and maybe Yakkety with konsole 16.04.3 and kio 5.28

Seems that in kio 5.27 or 5.28 this commit was made to fix issues with konsole 16.08 and later

Fix launching terminal .desktop files with konsole
Launching .desktop files which have Terminal=true currently fails, because kio adds to the konsole command the obsolete KDE4 command line options,
which are not recognized by the KF5 konsole.

Sadly this seems to break the same functionality in konsole 16.04.3

Options:

• Out of sync backport of new konsole >= 16.08.0
• Revert of that commit in kio provided with konsole 16.04.3 builds
• Provide as part of a partial backport of the greater part of the apps stack.
• Something else......
