Compiling in debian-based systems:
Removed gettext-kde
Replaced libattica0.3 with libattica0.5
Replaced libpocketsphinx1 to libpocketsphinx3
Replaced libsphinxbase1 to libsphinxbase3
Removed sphinxtrain-dev

Compiles in a new installation of Ubuntu 16.04 and latest Neon.
Works: Recognition works with a precompiled model. Can add new words, grammar, train.
Doesn't work: Fuzzy window comes up in preferences, eg when trying to modify default model.
Doesn't work: Compiling a new model. Sphinx installation error?
