Description

We should set a replied flag once a reply has been sent.
We should probably do this when adding the message to the mailtransportresource.
Kube should show a replied icon for messages we have replied to.
For maildir and imap we have to translate the replied flag into the corresponding flag.

The same goes for the forwarded flag.
