Plan doesn't build in dev unstable because it needs a different version of kreports compared to kexi.

• override_dh_auto_install does mangling which is not ported as it clearly refernces kde4
• override_dh_link does symlink for kdelibs4
• ignores Libqgit2 cmake warning should be fixed instead
• someone explicitly added the subjobs of calligra to the unstable view on http://build.neon.kde.org/
