[kwin] Support managing Wayland clients on kwin_x11

Description

For easier development KWin should support Wayland Clients in the normal X11 based KWin. This would best be done by inheriting from KWin::Client and creating an input only X11 window which gets synced to the geometry of the wl_surface. That way only the rendering would be adjusted while everything continues to work like expected in the X11 world.
