Once https://phabricator.kde.org/T4266 is done, we should update the way to download resources. For now, if the user wants to get all the resources, he will have multiple pop-up asking to download one by one (first words then voices for example).
It would be good at first start and when wanting to download resources to only have one dialog with the list of all the possible downloads and the user can check which resources he wants to download.
