Adapt inqlude view to generate a page of latest releases. This includes

• Generate one page with all libraries listed by release date. The newest release should be shown at the top.
• Generate a compact form of the list with the last five releases in the sidebar with a link to the full list.

All code should be developed using TDD and come with unit tests for the methods used to generate the list and integration tests for the final result displayed on the web site.
