Broken action states when installing in custom prefix

Description

When installing kronometer to a custom location, the states of the actions are broken.
For example the Pause and Lap actions are enabled while they should not.

Same thing when running kronometer with flatpak...

Actually, the actions are *not* enabled, only their icons are. This seems to be a problem due to missing/broken dbus...

It seems this has been fixed now, testing with kronometer flatpak.
