Description

Add a section in wikitolearn.org that move to the international portal on en.* about the users, universities and collaborators says about the project is helpful for the promotion and the participation.
What do you think about it?

I thought about a sort of community portal, with local groups, sponsors,
supporters... Maybe a map?

I created this to track the Participation Leaders in Mozilla https://mte90.github.io/Participation-Lead-Map/ but I think that the text is useful also for SEO and promotional text.

As discussed on T2573 and in live we need a random text like promotional about volunteers to show in that section.

The I want contribute section now have the link of the academical institution!
So we need the what say about us part!
