Description

In T14703 @bcooksley implemented auto-cc of KDE Software on macOS <kde-mac@kde.org> mailing list for all bugs on macOS, but Bugzilla doesn't state this during update of such bugs. E.g. after update of #464682 I see

Email sent to:
robby@periapsis.org, urbanplanet.manticore@gmail.com, bugs@platna.kde.org, kde-bugs-dist@kde.org

But emails are in fact there.

This is due to the way it is implemented - via Activity Filter - which is separate software that operates using the kde-bugs-dist@kde.org mailing list and doesn't rely on any functionality of Bugzilla.
Bugzilla therefore has no idea that the email is going there.
