I use ArchLinux + Plasma with Airtel Network in India.

When I turn off Mobile Data and call from another device, it shows up as switched off. When I turn it on and call, I can receive the phone call.

This is not the correct behavior.

I use Autodetection of APN and have enabled maximum data sharing with Plasma for fast development.
