Full screen startup on MacOSX does not work

Description

On MacOSX when we start GCompris in full screen mode, its lower border is above the dock.

As a workaround the user can run crtl-f twice to get in full screen correctly or use the configuration button.

It would be better to full screen working out of the box.

As we finally decided to just disable fullscreen on start for mac, and users seem happy enough with this change, maybe we can close this as resolved.
