Description

When a user click on the notifications' button the popup will be displayed, but if reclicked it won't hide.

As I can see the notification panel is closed automatically when lost the focus when you click outside that.

yes, this happens if you click outside of the focus area, but not if you click on the notification button (i.e. the bell) itself
