KApiDox is currently broken when it comes to processing the respective dot file to extract the dependency info, and it does not look like this would be fixed soonish (https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kapidox/-/issues/2).

api.kde.org for that reason has the generation step of the dependency graph disabled., thus also no longer needs latest information generated from build.kde.org. So build.kde.org could spare the respective resources used for that step for now.

To save resources I propose to disable the generation for now, once done I would add a note at the api.kde.org/kapidox counterpart about the need to reenable things.
