Description

Would it be possible to add to the Markdown syntax region folding for each header level?

Folding nested lists would also be a nice to have.

I am just evaluating editors for Markdown and would love to see more convenience with Markdown in Kile/Kate/KWrite.

I find folding would be nice for

  • all header levels
  • code blocks (either indented or fenced with ~~~ or three back ticks
  • html block tags, like <div>
  • some pandoc-specific blocks like ::: (see here)
