Activating Konsole in background mode no longer focuses on active shell

Description

Recently updated from Fedora 30 to 31 and with that came Konsole 19.08.2 and with this new version, when running Konsole using --background-mode and pressing the "Toggle Background Window" shortcut, Konsole will reappear but the tab visible in the window isn't active and requires a mouse click, the creation of a new tab, or if multiple tabs already exist, switching between them

I confirm this in Fedora WS 31. Without mouseclick, typing is not possible.

starting Konsole with
konsole --background-mode --hide-menubar
and manually bound 'Toggle Background Window' under Global Shortcuts > Konsole to WINDOWS-F

nice to put that line into ~/.bashrc if you never saw a point in having Yakuake on disk. You now get the same trick from Konsole. Distros can stop shipping Yakuake right away.

Please note that phabricator is not used for bug tracking. Issues (like this) and feature requests should be reported through https://bugs.kde.org/ .

begs the question: what IS it used for

Phabricator tasks' may be used by teams to organize the work. It is different from bug reporting; a bug/feature request may be identified as not really a bug, or may become a single task, or a set of tasks. So please use bugzilla for such kind of reports. This is not proper place.
