Add a way to manage assistants a bit better. The current issue is sometimes multiple assistants want to be either hidden or moved at the same time. This process is slow currently.

1. Give the ability to turn on and off individual assistants. Maybe we can remove these visibility options from the canvas when this done?
2. Ability to move individual assistants and groups of assistants from the tool options.

Right now the potential solution is to have some of these options in the tool options docker for the assistant tools.
