I managed to fix KWin Edges behavior in order to cooperate with the show timer.

I dont know of course if visualy for the user is so good...

In Behavior their is a Show timer, users are using it in order for the showing dock activation to not be that easy.

When then user was using KWin edges then the LAtte dock showing was instantly independent of the show timer
now the mouse must be in the edge for all that interval in order for the dock to show

this behavior has been totally fixed in master now....
