With D17674 dbus has been added to the umbrello build on binary factory.
Unfortunally dbus-daemon could not start because it does not find the required config files.

This can be tested with

set DBUS_VERBOSE=1
dbus-daemon --session

or by running

set DBUS_VERBOSE=1
dbus-monitor
