Disable MingW builds on the Binary Factory. These are currently broken due to these projects all requiring either QtWebKit or QtWebEngine, neither of which we are able to provide at the moment. While QtWebKit is theoretically fixable, this would require someone having the time to fix this.

To save on CI/Binary Factory resources, we therefore are disabling these builds until such time MingW is workable again.
