Description

Reorganise how Craft Caches are maintained. Going forward there will now be two sets of builds:

Master, which is the next candidate to be branched. This is the cache which all Binary Factory jobs for applications will run off of.
Experimental, which is used to test more invasive changes prior to landing them in master
