Simplify frameworksgendox.sh into kapidoxgendox.sh

Only a single run of kapidox over the whole sources is done,
so the single call arguments can be folded into the source and
loops & switches be dropped
Also rename to kapidoxgendox.sh, as it now covers more than Frameworks
