Fix crash after empty custom slide show.
This fixes a crash after finishing an empty custom slide show.
The crash did happen with the following steps:
- Create an empty slide show
- Change to View -> Slide Sorter
- Use the + button at the bottom to add a custom slide show
- start the empty custom slide show by pressing F5
- this will show the end of presentation slide.
- press esc
