Delete obsolete tasks for removing old packagecloud repo

A while ago the Grafana APT repository changed, so I added separate tasks
to remove the old repository and apt_key and to add the new ones. By now
that's obsolete since we already did the switch, so I'm removing the tasks
that remove the old stuff.
