Add mason to 'monitored' group in inventory

Telegraf was installed and properly configured in Mason, but it wasn't part
of the inventory group, so any future config changes wouldn't apply.
I think I somehow missed Mason when I switched from listing the hosts in the
playbook to using a proper group.
