Import kbackup translations and enable the extraction

The translations have been removed with the git commit
f81d99d30d549b5d61614aaba3ffbc30d980910e
which is also the revision used to generate the pot here
included.
The po for the documentation were converted from docbooks
(mostly with split2po, but manually syncing the file
with the English version).
