map powerdevil daemon to product

Summary:
powerdevil didn't let users report bugs ever since the kf5 port and this
only got fixed in D19162 so this mapping only has use from 5.16 onwards

Test Plan: filed a crash report against bugstest.kde.org. works as expected and puts the bug into the correct product
