add a (temporary) workaround to ensure phonon i18n is inferred correctly

kdesupport/phonon/* originally fed into kdesupport-phonon/ in i18n. this
was flattened so it now feeds into kdesupport/. that is unexpected from
a structure POV. easiest would be to flatten projects as well.
